We only hire people who've held the job we're advising on — not analysts fresh from a case binder. That's non-negotiable — it decides who's in the room for the engagement.
Titles here mean less than track record. Everyone on this team has shipped a product, closed a round, or turned around a losing quarter, and we hold new hires to the same bar.
